Hiring Machinists, Welders, and Mechanics: Machinists must have a minimum of two years’ experience in manual and/or CNC lathe and milling equipment. Welders must have qualification certification (WPQ, WPS) for steel and stainless-steel processes. Mechanics must have a minimum of five years’ experience with incentive to learn pump rebuilding terminology and techniques.
