QUALITY POLICY

The objective of Northwest Industries of Montana, Inc. and its directors and employees is to supply quality product and service that meet or exceed the standards required by our customers and are committed to the efficient delivery of safe and reliable products or services.

By doing this Northwest Industries of Montana, Inc. shall continue to provide products and services, make an adequate profit, continue to operate within the present political evolution of regulation, and strive to provide future employment for its staff.

The purpose of this Quality Policy is to implement and continuously maintain our commitment to these objectives through a Quality Assurance System based on Laws of One God. Where they are set forth in the constitutional laws of the United States, where they are set forth in corporate laws, and set forth to uphold fair business practices for the good of all peoples, and where they are set forth in the International Standards of Organization (ISO 9001:2015).

Quality control is an integral part of all management and production processes. It is not a separate element or function; each aspect of the day-to-day operations of Northwest Industries of Montana, Inc. shall be conducted in accordance with the quality policies designed to integrate human, technical, and material resources in a manner that results in optimum production consistent with the highest possible quality standards.

There are no exceptions to this commitment. Every employee, including management, is expected to understand and work towards this quality commitment. Success requires satisfied customers. This Quality Policy reflects the corporation’s total commitment to achieving the goal of meeting the needs of our customers efficiently and safely through and by a team leadership program designed to promote organized cooperation within the company to meet the ever-changing challenges of training leaders.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and ongoing supervision of the procedures contained in the Quality Manual. This administrative responsibility complements but in no way reduces or removes the line responsibility of administrators, team leaders, team members of their quality control duties. Quality is everyone’s business—there are no exceptions. Any problems that cannot be resolved through normal interdepartmental channels are to be immediately referred to the CEO or acting MD (Managing Director).
